Sara has specialized in neurology for more than 5 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Central Oklahoma. While working as an RN in a Stroke unit, she decided to further her education and earn a Masters of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
